Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order, add a mobile number to receive pre-delivery text alerts, Parcelforce aim to text you 60-90 minutes before delivery. Please be aware that colours may look different on your computer screen, we advise using a hand painted colour card for a true representation if you are buying Paint.
We accept most credit cards for payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Switch, and Maestro.
We also accept Payment by Paypal
If you prefer you may send your credit card information via phone, or email to make an order.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
All applicable taxes are included in the quoted prices.
Shipping And Handling
We only ship orders to the United Kingdom mainland. We generally use Parcelforce 24 hour service if an order contains a 1 litre tin of paint, for smaller orders we will use Royal Mail 1st Class Service. We will aim to despatch any orders received before 2.00pm. Deliveries are made on WORKING DAYS ONLY ( No Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday deliveries) We cannot guarantee next day delivery and cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred once the parcel has left our premises. In the event of no-one being in to take delivery, a parcel may be left with a neighbour or may be taken to a local Post Office where it can be collected. (some form of I.D. will be needed to claim your parcel). We will ship to the address supplied by you in the shipping address part of the order. If this address is incorrect we will not be held responsible for any loss of goods or compensation thereafter regarding goods or shipping costs.
Some postcodes within the UK will incur a surcharge, these include postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA 60-78, PH, ZE plus BT, IM, TR21-25
To return an item for a refund, we must be notified within 7 working days of receipt; items must be returned in the same condition as when they left us, and buyers are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s). We’ll refund once we’ve received and processed the safely returned item.
