We’ve just got back from a fun day out at The Handmade Fair – my head is spinning from all the inspiration and ideas floating around.
Annie was in top form running a skills workshop to a few hundred people – as you do! We were lucky enough to bump into several other Annie Sloan stockists, Sarah from Happy Days Vintage in Cowbridge, Wales, Karen from Country Mouse in Berkshire, Jane from Sheldon Paint Techniques in TW12 and Jillian all the way from Drogheda in Ireland and her fantastic shop Quaint. Of course there was Annie’s fabulous team of helpers too. I couldn’t help having a go at the Myanniesloanmix competition, mixing a lovely Chateau Grey and Old White combo.
